Less pitch. More proof.

Meet the founder

Frederik Joustra

Founder, PROVE TDI

Technology decisions deserve more than a convincing pitch.

I have spent my career working with enterprise technology, real estate, workplace and facility-management solutions, including seeing technology decisions from both the vendor and buyer side. That experience has taught me how much time, money and effort can disappear between an impressive demonstration and an outcome that actually delivers.

I founded PROVE TDI to give organisations a more independent, evidence-led and accountable way to make consequential technology decisions.

Independent perspective. Accountable decisions.

Why PROVE TDI exists

The missing part of technology selection is often the decision itself.

Having worked across technology partnerships, commercial strategy, workplace solutions and the built environment, I have seen the same recurring problem: confident vendor claims, fragmented information and complex internal requirements are too easily mistaken for a well-supported decision.

PROVE TDI is not a marketplace or a way to buy a recommendation. Its role is to preserve the reasoning behind a decision: requirements, alternatives, evidence, contradictions, risks, approvals and, eventually, the outcomes that test those assumptions.

The platform's independence must come from its methodology, evidence controls and accountable human review, not from my personal opinion or a vendor relationship.

Speaking and industry discussions

The conversation does not end with the conference.

I speak regularly about technology decisions, smart buildings, workplace intelligence, digital transformation and the difference between gathering more data and making better decisions.

Available for speaking engagements

Conference organisers, industry associations, businesses and leadership teams are welcome to contact me about keynote talks, panels, webinars, podcasts and other relevant engagements.

My Smart Buildings Show session in London explored why occupancy data alone is not workplace intelligence and why decision quality matters more than another dashboard.
