Licence
PROVE grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your organisation's internal decision-making purposes.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, scrape vendor records at scale, redistribute Proof Reports outside your organisation without permission, or upload unlawful content.
Analysis and recommendations
PROVE outputs are research analysis, not procurement advice. Final decisions rest with your organisation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROVE's liability for use of the platform is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
