These terms apply to the public website, public vendor directory, no-login vendor contributions, vendor profile claiming and the capability-limited seven-day free first-decision trial. A self-service account may receive one such trial. It permits one technology decision workspace for seven days from activation. Archiving, closing, superseding or replacing that decision, or creating another organisation, does not reset the trial. When the trial ends, the workspace is locked for further free use while existing work may be retained for a later paid upgrade. Governed completion, formal approval, final recommendation access, Proof Report access, Outcome Review and Human Verification require a separately agreed paid scope or entitlement.
Information, not procurement advice
Public vendor profiles, source records and evidence gaps are informational. Listing, claiming or contributing does not mean that PROVE TDI endorses a vendor, verifies every claim, guarantees completeness, awards a ranking or recommends a procurement decision. Review dates and evidence states should be read with the source itself.
Vendor contribution terms
By submitting vendor information, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you may share it for review and potential publication, and that linked material is a legitimate public source. You grant PROVE TDI permission to store, review, quote, summarise, classify and publish the submitted information for the vendor directory while preserving appropriate source attribution.
Submission does not guarantee publication. PROVE TDI may request clarification, reject material, keep it vendor-declared, flag it for corroboration, correct it, remove it or preserve an audit record. Vendor-originated material cannot directly change scoring, evidence assurance, rankings or recommendations.
Vendor profile claiming
A claimant must control the verified mailbox used for the request and accurately state their corporate relationship. Automatic approval is limited to an unambiguous employee claim on an approved primary corporate domain. PROVE TDI may manually review personal domains, agencies, resellers, parent or subsidiary relationships, acquired brands, regional domains, disputes and competing claims.
Approved access is vendor-scoped and role-based. It may be suspended, transferred or revoked when affiliation ends, authority is disputed, the account is misused or continued access creates a security or integrity risk. Claiming never grants access to customer organisations, buyer identities, customer evidence, decisions, recommendations or scoring logic.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, confidential or malicious material; impersonate another person or organisation; reuse idempotency or verification controls to create conflicting records; probe customer or vendor boundaries; overload the service; or attempt unauthorised access. Automated submission is allowed only with PROVE TDI's written permission.
Third-party sources and intellectual property
Vendor and product names, trademarks and source material remain the property of their owners. A public link or short factual summary does not transfer those rights. Tell PROVE TDI if a source is inaccurate, unavailable or used without authority so it can be reviewed.
Corrections, disputes and removal
Anyone may submit a sourced correction or outdated-information report. Authorised claimants can raise a dispute through the profile workflow, and PROVE TDI administrators can freeze management while ownership or provenance is investigated. A removal request does not require PROVE TDI to erase records needed for security, legal compliance or a defensible audit trail.
Availability and liability
PROVE TDI aims to keep the service and sources current but does not promise uninterrupted availability or that public information is complete. Do not rely on a profile as the sole basis for a consequential decision. These public website terms do not create a paid customer engagement. The contracting entity, governing law, jurisdiction and liability allocation must be stated in separate signed terms before paid delivery begins; those signed terms take precedence where they apply.
