PTC and LTTS are packaging engineering-to-service data continuity as an operating model, not just a software integration
PTC and Larsen & Toubro Technology Services introduced ServiceForward, a joint approach for moving engineering and product information into field-service execution. PTC positions Arbortext, Windchill, ServiceMax and Servigistics as the platform backbone while LTTS provides migration, content engineering, integration, AI accelerators and managed operations. The model is designed to start with a bounded pilot and scale across product lines and service content.

For manufacturers evaluating digital-thread, service-management or asset-support platforms, this strengthens PTC's proposition around continuity from engineering truth into technician workflows. It also makes delivery-partner capability a more explicit part of the technology decision because the proposed value depends on both the PTC stack and LTTS transformation work rather than software configuration alone.
